Uses the standard "iPod Dock Connector to USB 2.0 Cable" that was provided with your iPod.
Cell Phones...
For use with all cell phone that support charging via standard (5v) USB power.
Will require cell phone to USB cable (specific to your brand and model of phone).
Do not use with phones requiring a different voltage.
